Hi! what about THIS gearbox for the r32?
http://www.target-r.com/liberty/liberty.htm
Do you reckon it's usable on road / track?

It has already been ruled out for a street transmission

Thanks, I hadn't seen this thread. A shame, it does look the job! Is it specific to any air shifter or are there some that do downshifts?

My BNR32 has one of these Getrag 6 speed boxes fitted when I purchased it. The ride of the car is completely different compared to standard and even in top gear you find yourself wanting a seventh gear. I have this box stripped at the moment and have found third gear syncro has failed and has dammaged third gear slightly. The car has a tripple plate Nismo G max clutch and a Nismo 26 spline input shaft which is showing alot of damage to the splines from the clutch. Does anyone else get any dammage from a heavy clutch with no radial springs? This equipment hasn't done much work but I would say the wear is major for the amount of work that has been done.
