I saw your for sale ad.

Car looks good man. It's something I'd jump on in a heart beat if it popped up once I start looking into GTR's...

Anyways hope you keep it... at least until I want it. Wine red.... mmmmmm...

hahah thanks alot man.

We'll see what happens with it.

but i just got a new plan for it...

1. Right now, i have a blown rb in my garage(rod knock)

2. I thought of a sexual idea.

3. I bought this engine and put it in....this idd not occur to me until 15 mins ago.

4. POSSIBLE PLAN: The engine in my GTR now: Keep it relatively stock. Remove upgrades i have installed up to now. take my OTHER engine by the BALLS and start building it. im thinking:

T51R
HKS 2.8L stroker kit

That is just an idea for now.

OR i but a white GTR and do this to it. because i adore white GTRs so much.

4.

I'll tell you what.

We trade cars. Your GTR. My white GTS-t. You like white, I like the wine red.

Then you transplant that RB26 into the GTS-t. Mad sleeper? I think so. Mad tight? Hells yes. Everyone wins? Better believe it.

Stroker's are a lot of money that you really don't have to spend

My car looks like a GTR. Close enough anyways.

You know you want to. It's itching inside. It's almost a burn. When it's a burn, you tell me.

it appears the rod cap has seen quite a bit of heat. I would consider a cheap aftermarket rod or replacing 5/6 as they appears to have seen the brunt of this.

is that a crack?

#6 Piston even looks good. From the pics anyways, it seems that #1 piston shows the most signs of detonation.......but it could be my eyes....lol
Decent.

a stroker kit is a ton. just keep it simple. cp pistons, carrillo rods, arp hardware, balance and polish the crank also have the block cleaned, honed, line honed and decked. Then for the head you can do a full PNP with full valvetrain. You don't always have to buy HKS this and that. There are alot of american companies that make good parts for japanese cars.

I think the idea of putting in an almost stock engine for the time being is a good idea. It seems lots of people loose interest when they can't even drive/use the car at all so it just sits.
