Where is this forum based?

Hi all, im new and just joined.

Not sure if im posting the correct section but i dont have enough posts to post else where?

Anyway, im trying to work out where is forum is based? Is it a U.S / U.k / N.Z etc based forum?

I take it that the forum is based around the RB25/26 engine or is it based around the GTR?

it's a canadian forum, and it's based on any type of RB engine.
