need more information about the computer you are trying to run this on.
typically an issue in memo1.mdb is a software conflict though.

Hi,
It should run on Windows 7 as well.
I think I needed two attempts because I rushed it the first time.
In answer to a previous question I'm not sure what was meant by "vista build info" but:-
My "vista" is Microsoft Office 2007 with stacks of other programs running on an HP Compaq 6820s
or
FAST shows my GTR33 "build" information such as colour (QM1), Int. Colour (K), etc etc. All this comes up just by entering the VIN code.
I hope this helps.

I cant load it on win 7. It is burned to dvd. But note as '?????CD' shows on display. How to solve this?

I just installed Windows 7 yesterday. I'll try and see if I can get it working tonight if I have time.

I can't help with Windows 7 as I'm running Vista but I know the instructions for installation said Windows 7 should be OK.
If it is any help, I did not burn to disc. You do not have to do that.
If you can't install there are free sites that can get you part numbers for your Skyline and so I wouldn't lose any sleep over FAST.

For the Vista users of FAST; Did you use XP SP2 or SP3 compatibility mode ? or run it as a native Vista app ?
I am still going to try it on Win7 as soon as I get a chance, as I have only run it on WinXP SP2 & then another installation on SP3.

Anyone tried it on Windows 7 64 Bit? I seem to have issues with 64 bit versions.
Worked fine on Vista 32Bit and Windows 7 32 Bit..

it was never designed for 64 bit so it will not work.

Just tried it for shits and giggles on Windows 7 64 bit. And nope it doesn't work lol.
I can get the actual FAST program running, but the setup utility to actually set up your CDs (A1, A2, A3, etc) will just not run, so when you open FAST it says it can't detect the CDs.
There might be a way to set them manually by going through config files, but I stopped there, as it's way simpler to just install FAST 2009. :)

Yeah I was able to get FAST 2009 working first shot no problem on Windows 7 64 bit.
It's still a bit buggy to my liking as opposed to the older version, but hey, it works.
For example, for some reason I can only search by model number and not VIN number. If I just put the VIN it says it cant find the model series, but if I put the model it auto completes the VIN for me. It clearly didn't do this on XP lol.
