Fuel damper P/N request

So my friends RB20 is having problems where it seems like its not getting fuel right away when he goes to start it after sitting for an extended period of time. It sounds like when you try to start your car when it hasnt primed yet.

We think it might be the FPR looking thing on the back of the fuel rail. We unplug the vacuum line from the front FPR and the engine stumbles but when we pull the hose from the FPR on the back of the fuel rail the engine doesnt stumble at all. Is the normal?

Either way I need a P/N for what Ive been told is a fuel damper, which we think is the one on the back?

Thanks. If a VIN is needed then I can get his as my car only has the one FPR. His is a 92 HCR32

What I meant to say was: Your in coquitlam though so it would take too long to get here. He wants to buy a new OEM one. We just need the P/N so we can see if that same fuel Damper was used on another vehicle. Thanks anyways
