I've been buying from them for the last five years. No issues and fast shipping. They never raise their prices either!

I really wish they had a shopping cart feature though. Make things more seamless that way.

Wow they are well priced. Do you email for orders?

My problem with them:
- They charge a premium for the ONLY payment methods they offer.
- They don't have a shopping cart.
- you are at the mercy of whoever answers emails.
Not a very good setup, but I guess that's where 'the savings' come from.
As far as I am concerned, RHDjapan is pretty hard to beat these days. They are #1 in my books for the full-meal-deal ;) ....from start to finish.
I think I mentioned it before as well, but I have been in contact with www.tokyoseven.com and they answer emails fast and their shoping cart is up to date with shipping prices.....not to mention, their prices overall are VERY decent as well, compareable to RHDjapan. I am considering giving them a try next order.

Another negative for Greenline, which may put their prices into perspective a little more....
They charge Paypal Fees, over and above what their prices show.
This is a HUGE POSITIVE for RHDjapan, who accept Paypal at face value and NO NOT penalize buyers when they use it. The price that RHDjapan show on their site, is the price you pay.....even with Paypal. And now with their cheaper EMS shipping options, RHDjapan seem to be the CLEAR Winner for overseas orders so far.
Just thought I would add that, as Greenline have sent me a quote for parts and the breakdown shows Paypal @ 5%......not cool.

Thats scammy
Purchase payments received (monthly) + Fee per transaction
$0.00 USD - $3,000.00 USD 2.9% + $0.30 USD
$3,000.01 USD - $10,000.00 USD 2.5% + $0.30 USD
$10,000.01 USD - $100,000.00 USD 2.2% + $0.30 USD
> $100,000.00 USD 1.9% + $0.30 USD

I´ve ordered most of my parts from greenline and always been happy.
its correct, however, that their webpage is a little low-tech, but the prices have always been right for me. they do charge paypal fees, but other vendors will not pay your fees either, obviously they have to calculate them into their prices somehow.
i compared greenline with nengun and newera and rhd. for me, they came out cheaper most of the time (shipping to europe) and have always been helpful.
you order by mailing them and more or less describing what part you want and they find the right one for you (=for your ride), unlike other pages where you have a shopping cart and you´re sometimes on your own to find a part for your specific application.
i have, however, also ordered from rhd and couldn´t complain either, also worked out just fine.
disadvantage compared especially to rhd is that greenline only sell aftermarket parts and not OEM replacement parts, rhd does.
I have one order pending from newera, and so far they also seem to be very much OK and helpful (wheel size questions), and they do sell wheels (greenline doesn´t)
