Are my eyes playing tricks on me, or does the R324 actually sit a little nicer than the actuall R34 ? Looks wider ? sits nicer ? looks meaner ?

Minus the shitty conversion side skirts, if no one told you that the car on the right was an R324, wouldn't you say it looked better than the R34 on the left ? I sure as hell think so.

Too bad the rear of the r324 looks hideous

that r34 doesn't even look lowered.

r324 is the ugliest skyline there is, you cant just melt two cars together and expect it to flow.

I think it's because the R32 doesn't have a big fat ass. If you used the knockoff conversion kit (not the BeeR) and changed the trunk and tails I think the R32 conversion would be much better.

The thing that makes it look chinsey is when they have huge gaping voids where fender skirts an filler panels are supposed to be. Without them it looks like a cheap kit car.

Yup, I've seen the video, the BeeR kit is kinda ugly, there is a knock off kit that looks more like stock and not so over the top like the BeeR.

thought i should chime in with this... i started this thread on the UK board last year...

i personally think due to the rear end.. and the fact that the panels are made of some cheap looking material it looks bad when painted... it looks terrible in general i say.... i much prefer the R334 !!!

It's all in the finishing, you can make the cheapest, waviest kit look like a million bucks with the right amount of time. For someone without the skills or a place to do it, probably not an option.

There is a kit out there that looks more like a stock R34 (can't remember where I saw it), and it looks MUCH better. All those openings and extra creases looks way to busy.

for me, very easy to tell apart.
the 32 doors do not flow with the 34 fenders, nor do the door and rear 1/4 windows.
the 34's headlights have the aggressive angle. the 324 pictured does not.
also the lines of the 34 (tail light to headlight) slope down more.. more aggressive.

the 32 pictured is lower, and looks better because the skirts (altho hideous) match the height of the front bumper. not really comparing apples to apples with those pics.

that said if you are a body man making sure everything works, or are paying an obscene amount of money for a body shop to perfect it, it wont look right..

lastly one thing i must add. the 324 kit adds almost a foot to the front of the car and extends the front half of the wheel well making the wheel not centered in the wheel well...
like so: (kind of hard to see here, i will post when i find the side view of this car)

If you want an r34 wait and buy an r34. people need to stop bastardizing the r32's.
