Hicas light comes on.

my Hicas light comes on after being on the highway above 130 Kmh.it comes on and stays on until the car gets turned off.if i restart it again right away,it stays off and doesn't come on again untill above 130 Kmh again...any ideas or suggestions?thanks.:confused::o

interesting, have you checked your power steering fluid? also what voltage do you get when car is running?
