What would be better maf or map? Was running z32 with power fc but now going with my new AEM ems and my tunner told me it's better to tune with maps. Why would he say that ? Most of RB26 out there have maf so what gives!

Run MAP with your AEM.

Maf is better but both setups have their own positives and negatives.
What sort of modifications do you have / planning?

yeah, unless you can find a really big MAF you will be limited to the rating of that maf, as well as the diameter of it.

422RWHP ON HKS2530 Z32 SPLITFIRE coils APEXi power fc 1000ccRC ENG.
This was in 2008 and my actuators was set to open at 10psi so i was getting boost creep so i tighten them up and it fix my boost creep. Installed new APEXi air filters, now she be just right for the dyno........So now, ill be stripping everything in the car and making a drag car with her. Im dreaming of HKS T51R SPL turbo in a year or 2 . With my AEM EMS ill be able 2 have 2 step and leave the line with boost:D With that said ill be gunning for low11s quarter.

For what you want to do MAP is smarter. So go with what allan74 said. With how i have read the aem operates unless you go single MAF it doesn't function perfectly or at least not optimal reading only one signal.
MAF is much easier as it automatically responds to changes in climate but a good tuner with have that set up with a MAP as well.

Yah, normally I would say go MAF for smaller power, but for an AEM, you have to MAP or it's a shit show (from what I understand, as I own one).
