This is the type of mod that Mines do to increase response of engine on R35GTR, etc.

Quite an amusing read when translated in babelfish ;)

Im doing this mod to my rb26 throttle bodies. Going from 45mm to 50mm (maybe more if there is room) I didnt read the whole thing but I think they do do more. Like knifing the butterfly and countersunk screws are always a good idea.

I know do-luck and garage saurus do these mods too to the rb26 individual throttle bodies. Do-luck takes it a step further by designing vertical butterflies... I dont know if i like this idea ... i would like to see some cfd before I am convinced. If it was me and if i had the time and resources I would be designing some shaftless butterflies. Oh well maybe soon. For now Im just doing the 45mm to 50mm increase along with knifing the butterfly and countersunk screws. My lower intake manifold and lower part of the greddy plenum will also be ported to match. It should be good for 1200+PS and still have throttle response. Or so garage saurus says.
