Hello,

If I run the stock oil lines to the turbo, do I need to run restrictors to the turbos if they are ball bearing?

Thanks
Mitch

Now if your engine didn't come with a ballbearing turbo the restrictor in the banjo bolt would be too big. At least this was just the case for me.

You may as well go ahead and change out those stock oil lines for some AN fittings and braided hose. Although I am not familiar with RB26 setups.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Run 1 per turbo ? (2pcs) on an OEM setup with BB's ?

Speaking of turbo lines, i was wondering where i can get seals for the return lines from the turbo Rb25DET(need the seals that are against the block), are they compression washers or special o-ring seal of some type? and where can i get these? thanks

If it is the banjo bolt on the block then you need just any copper washers that fit.
If you want oem copper washers then make a thread in the fast/parts reference forum

They are copper crush washers. I have found basically all the ones for my car at canadian tire/home depot(or the like).

If you are in a pinch and can't find any locally you can anneal the old ones. Heat up the old washers red hot and put them in water. Once they cool they will have a much better chance of sealing.

What about for a GT40? That restrictor only says GT28/30/35...

if it's ball bearing it will need restrictor.

GT40 probably needs a different threaded/size fitting (restrictor)
