650+whp Clutch shopping

Well, my build should eventually push 550whp. I'm in the market for a twin plate clutch that will be able to handle quite a bit of abuse. I was thinking perhaps an Exedy hyper twin, or possibly a carbon twin.
Since I'm going to be punishing the stock box (though gently shifting, it's not a drag car), I was wondering what I should go for. Logically I would have to assume that the clutch with the lightest friction discs will be the easiest on the synchro's. So I guess my question is what clutch comes with the lightest, yet strong discs/lowest disengaged friction? I heard the nismo and the OSG clutches are hard on boxes, so what would you guys recommend? (I don't mind spending 2600 on a clutch, if it will prevent me from going through a couple boxes).

I have a Carbonetics Dual Disc Carbon clutch. I cant say a single bad thing about it!
It's a little pricey, but your paying for quality. I use it drifting, so I'm clutch kicking alot, and it takes the abuse with no issues. I'm also using the stock rb25 tranny, and its still smooth.
I'll be using this clutch on my rb30 build, and expect it to hold the torque well.
If you can afford it I would definitely recommend one!

I heard someone say it shoul be fine to approx 650 Hp?

Wouldn't that be a lot harder on the transmission than most twin plates?

I'm going with a Bully Stage 4, its made in Canada. It's supposed to be able to hold 1000hp (thats what I was told by Bully, and its also on a drag car with 834whp). Another good thing is its a single plate so shouldn't be too harsh or grabby.

I figure I'll give them a shoot, the price is right. A proper twin-plate is 2000$+, and if you track a Nismo it'll wear out fast. Carbonetic's do make probably the best clutch money can buy but also very expensive. The Bully is like 750-800$ so you can buy two and still have money left over.

ATS/Carbonetic makes nice pieces but it's not cheap.
They are also non sprung if that matters to you.

They have around 4-5 different clutches. They have single plates, twins, and triples. They then can do sprung or un-sprung, and then they also have different pressure plates. I'm not sure but they also might have multiple different flywheels.

A proper ATS is 2599$, and then you can go way up around 5000$.

Tilton and ATS are known as the top clutch manufactures, I'm not sure if there is others but those are at the top. I don't think Tilton makes clutches for skylines but they do for Supra's and they are 6000$ :D

A clutch is important but I don't know if I would feel ok paying 6000$ for a clutch.
