Got the Power FC installed and completed some light tuning by a friend of mine. 278 hp to the rear wheels on the dyno. I know it is not crazy HP but on a mostly stock setup not bad. Good news is it can only go up from here :D
Once I get my hands on a boost controller and an adjustable FPR it will be even more fun.

I picked up a larger front pipe and looking to get a test pipe this weekend. I am curious how the engine will respond.

Definitly ditch electric fans and reinstall stock clutch fan. Much better for daily driveability.

I picked up a set of adjustable tension rods, larger HKS injectors, Greddy 11mm fuel rail, Sard fuel pressure regulator and a Trust boost controller. SCORE!!! I am aiming for 400 ps at the wheels with a nice safe reliable setup. Pics to follow.

I picked up a BNR34 Vspec getrag, both diffs, driveshafts and mount. I plan on swapping the trans in Aug. I will include pics and details to help others.

SPL sells offset bushings for S13 to swap in S14/5 rear subs. Anybody know if these will work for R32 to swap in a R33/4?

The process for seperating the getrag from the engine is a pain. There is some kind of clip that holds the throw out bearing in place. I simply cannot find it though. I have not been able to find a BNR34 manual either. Anyone familiar with removing the transmission?

Life and work has slowed down progress on the GTR. I got a day to perform some needed maintanence. I was able to swap out a front axle and steering boot that were torn. I installed the cusco adjustable tension rods as well. I will need to get the alignment adjusted just a bit. I now have an oil leak and will need to address that with a N1 pump.
Pics of axle teardown. I grabbed an extra set of front axles while I was in Japan. I installed new grease and boots awhile ago. Made today so much easier. Just swap and go in under 3 hrs.

Update. My steering rack was dropping fluid at an alarming rate. I ordered seals from Japan and thanks to a friend who is a tech at a local dealership I now have a rebuilt seering rack. He also swapped out the rack for me and fixxed my alignment. Firestone could not get it right.
I have received my injectors back from RC. Cleaned and balanced. I hope to have them, fuel rail, pressure meter and FPR installed this weekend. I need to source an couple AN fittings and some more hose.
