FAST 2001 "Run Time Error 53"

Hi, i just downloaded the GL and GR CD's for Nissan Fast. But each time i try to select one of them (GL or GR) in fast i get "Run-Time Error 53 File Not Found". I have already triple checked everything and even re-installed the program again. I made sure that read only was unchecked on NSFASTKY.INI and the program has a clear directory of c:/NISSAN. I don't know what to do from here. I am not very computer literate so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I am currently not at home and cant check, so this is a shot in the dark, but did you copy the NSFASTKY.INI in your C:\WINDOWS directory? I remember vaguely that you have to do something like that with FAST 2001.

O yah i guess i should have stated that to begin with. I'm on Vista.

No one has confirmed it with proof that it works on Vista so you are shit out of luck unfortunately. You could use the 2009 fast but it is a little different as its not as english friendly.

Well if FAST 2009 covers the older stuff like 240z and 280z i'd be happy i can work around the english thing. Plus i need the USDM model stuff too.

From what I understand the 2009 version of fast does include everything the 2001 version did plus more.
