I'm in the process of removing the oil pump now and I can't figure out how to remove the lower timing sprocket on the crank? Can anybody chime in with some tips ?

Thank you!

I buff the nose of the crank with a wire wheel and then use a fixed two arm puller.

Got it off and it worked like a charm.Sprayed it with some penetrating oil at first, then poured boiling water from the kettle gently pried with two screw drivers and voila off it came!

i have a very skinny two arm pulley puller to answer your pm.

Glad to see you got it off.
