Hey guys. So i've been having a problem with my car keeping boost for a while and now that the engine is about to come out, i want to start to focus my attention on this. When I drive the car for a period of time and start boosting it feels like the turbos are releasing boost simultaneously, as it also sounds like continuous "farts". I have been told it may be the turbo wastegate actuator diaphragms going or the wastegate solenoid located beside the fusebox. I also changed my Bov's to twin Blitz DD, but it also had this issue with the stock turbo's. Any help would be great?

the turbos are shuffling? Sort of back and forth? If possible confirm this by watching a boost gauge.
when exactly will it do this? Can you emulate it at any time or only under certain circumstances?

Yes it seems as though the turbo's are shuffling rapidly and power is definitely being lost. I only have the stock boost gauge , so any pressure difference is minuet on the gauge. The issue usually occurs when the car is warmed up and pushed under boost a few times. Also if the car is under boost for more than say five seconds in a steady pull, the "shuffle" will occur. Again this occurs after the car has been put under boost a number of times.

Any suggestions as to the cause?

see if advancing the timing helps at all. you can use the cas to do this if you are unable to tune the ecu you have.
