I am curious what parts I would need in the event I wanted to rebuild my transfer case.
it would be a bnr32 one if that makes a difference.

When I get back to my desktop I will look up some parts.
What is leading you to a rebuild in the first place? I ask because these cases are very robust.

Well i am concerned the transfer case is just tired. I felt i wasn't getting much power out of the front.
Torque split setting??
I think JUN, Kakimoto sell upgraded transfer case internals.

Its a big request so i will try and finish it tonight.
there really is no need to upgrade the internals though skym. There has only been one instance of a chain breaking apparently.

yeah lots of 1000hp GTR's running the stock transfer case if im not mistaken. Chances are there is a torque split controller though too.

I'm not concerned about the power holding capacity.
I have time to wait for the part numbers and is it possible to get screen shot or the parts your pulling off.

Well here you go. These parts are what you need to replace for a slipping box rebuild. There are also 3 oil seals which would be useful to replace just in case.
Look closely at the quantities

Does anyone know a rough estimate for a rebuild with the above parts?
